Refund Policy

Paid plans on mergeIFC.com are sold through Paddle, and we follow Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. This page summarises what that means for our customers. Where the two differ, Paddle's policy governs.
1. 14-day refund window
You have a 14-day right to withdraw and receive a full refund, counted from the date of the transaction. No reason is required. This covers the first payment of a subscription, whether you are on the monthly or the yearly plan.
2. Who processes your refund
Paddle.com Market Limited is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made on mergeIFC.com, and handles payment, invoicing, and refunds. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible, within 14 days of approval. When a refund is issued, access to the paid plan ends.
3. How to request a refund
You can request a refund in either of two ways:
- Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction confirmation email, the support link on your receipt or billing page, or go to paddle.net and select Request refund.
- Email us at info@mergeIFC.com and we will take it up with Paddle on your behalf.
4. Renewals and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically. The 14-day withdrawal right in section 1 covers your first payment; later renewal payments are reviewed by Paddle case by case where a request is made within 14 days of that charge. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for and prevents further charges, but it is not in itself a refund request.
5. Technical or product defects
If you hit persistent technical problems, or a defect that stops you using the features of your plan as described, contact us first at info@mergeIFC.com so we can try to resolve it. If we cannot, contact Paddle support with details of the issue and our response. Where there is evidence of a material defect, Paddle will issue a refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
6. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory consumer rights. If the law of your country of residence gives you additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights always applies.
