1. Who we are

mergeIFC.com is operated by Tragwerk engineering AB, Sweden. These Terms govern business use of the service.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

We provide an online tool to merge IFC files. Features vary by plan as described on the pricing page.

4. Subscription & payments

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply at checkout (paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). Subscriptions auto-renew and can be canceled anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Your files

You retain all rights to your files. We process them only to perform the merge. All files are deleted automatically after 24 hours or sooner. You are responsible for maintaining backups.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and explains how we handle your data.

7. Liability

The service is provided "AS IS". We exclude all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss, nor for file loss or corruption.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the service. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Liability and Governing law) will survive.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by posting the revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

Sweden. Each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
